Led by Managing Director Bruce Greenwald, who spent over 40 years as a banker, trader and financial professional, the Rosehaven Family Office team acts as consultants and problem solvers, overseeing all aspects of your financial wellness and bringing other specialists to the table as needed. Our team of professionals – which includes tax specialists, estate planning attorneys, portfolio managers, investment bankers and life insurance specialists – works in harmony to support our clients’ unique needs. Bruce Greenwald
When it comes to entrusting a professional to manage and preserve wealth for your family—experience is everything and so are strong relationships. Bruce Greenwald founded Rosehaven Family Office to create and implement a process for families to manage their wealth.
A Founding Partner and Managing Director, Bruce is passionate about connecting families with what matters to them—helping to maximize their wealth to make a difference and evolve their vision for the future. With over four decades of experience as a banker, financial professional, and entrepreneur, Bruce believes in the power of building bridges. His expertise in creating pathways toward opportunities enables families to understand their wealth’s power and purpose—now and for generations to come. Bruce has advised families about their wealth since 1999.
In Bruce’s prior professional career as a trader and risk manager, he managed risk at some of the largest corporations and banks in the world, including British Petroleum, Republic National Bank of New York and Morgan Stanley. He also has been a frequent speaker at conferences, focusing on risk management strategy.
With the understanding of being an entrepreneur, Bruce is also the co-founder of MGO-One Seven, a registered investment advisory firm with offices nationwide. As a member of the Park City Angel Network, Bruce additionally serves as an advisor for start-up companies in Utah. He believes that purpose comes with community service and has recently served on the Board of Trustees for the People’s Health Clinic in Park City, Utah and The Jewish Federation of Utah. Bruce and his wife Natalie enjoy taking part in Park City’s active community, especially skiing, hiking, and biking.

AJ Derzon
AJ Derzon is a seasoned financial advisor with nearly a decade of experience, specializing in comprehensive wealth management for business owners, high-income earners, and industry professionals. Since entering the industry in 2016, AJ has helped clients achieve their financial goals through personalized strategies that focus on wealth creation, preservation, and tax efficiency.
AJ mainly specializes in family office services, retirement planning, real estate investments, and tax strategies. With a deep understanding of the financial landscape, he provides tailored solutions that align with his clients' long-term financial visions, ensuring their goals are met with precision and care.
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in financial planning from Southern Utah University and Southern New Hampshire University, AJ is also licensed with Series 65, Series 63, Series 7, and Utah Life and Health Insurance credentials. His extensive education and industry certifications, including the CPFA designation, enable him to offer insightful and effective financial guidance.
Outside of his professional life, AJ enjoys spending time with his wife, Samantha, and their two young daughters, Riley (3) and Mia (6 months). Together, they share a passion for travel, boating, skiing, and golf, embracing the outdoors and creating lasting family memories.

Amanda Hall
Amanda is the Manager of Operations at Rosehaven Family Office. Amanda started her career in Phoenix, Arizona working for Bank of America and Chase. She became a licensed investment representative while at Aetna Investments and moved to Merrill Lynch in 1999. Here she met Bruce. Amanda followed Bruce to Morgan Stanley in 2008 and joined Bruce to go independent in 2016. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Amanda’s greatest strength is in providing an accordion of services to clients. Above all, her passion is to provide clients with a positive experience, going above and beyond what is expected. Highly skilled at handling multiple responsibilities, Amanda strives to not only meet client expectations, but exceed them. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys traveling and spending time with her dogs and extended family. She currently resides in Central Ohio with her son, Bohdan.

Amanda Hall
Matthew L. Mitton
As Rosehaven’s estate and legal specialist, Matthew Mitton assists clients with their basic estate planning (trusts, powers of attorney, medical directives) and advanced estate planning, as well as with the settlement or trusts and estates and with the preparation of Form 706, tax basis planning and portability elections. He also helps clients with guardianship and conservatorship matters to obtain court authority to manage the health care and financial affairs of loved ones.
A thought leader in the estate planning sector, he has presented hundreds of estate planning workshops and seminars on topics ranging from asset protection, modern family planning, irrevocable trusts and gifting, charitable planning and the basics of a good estate plan. Organizations like Merrill Lynch, UBS, Wells Fargo, Farm Bureau, Brigham Young University, Snow College, University of Utah, Intermountain Health Care and many others have asked Matthew to speak to donors, employees, advisors and others as an expert in the estate planning community.

Steve Racker, CPA, began his public accounting career with WSRP 39 years ago. His industry experience includes automotive dealers, construction, manufacturing, retail, and restaurant industries, focusing on closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. As an advocate for clients, Steve represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and various state tax commissions. He served as court appointed custodian for a private club and is currently on the advisory board of The School of Accounting and Taxation at Weber State University.
Steve earned his B.S. in Accounting from Weber State University. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA), and the Chartered Global Management Accountant Designation (CGMA).

The founder and owner of Greenberg Insurance, Mark has over 40 years of life insurance experience. He specializes in life insurance planning for affluent families who use life insurance for estate liquidity. Mark’s professional reputation has earned him a membership spot as part of MDRT’s "Top of the Table," which is the premier accomplishment in the life insurance industry.
Mark’s mottos have always been "The client comes first" and "How can I help?" As part of Rosehaven Family Office, Mark offers expert guidance to Rosehaven’s families about life insurance planning.

Blake Christian
Blake and global tax and accounting firm HCVT work collaboratively with Rosehaven Family Office as a strategic partner for the families we serve. Blake brings over 35 years of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to clients that include multinational, publicly traded corporations, as well as closely held owner-managed businesses. Throughout his career, Blake has specialized in federal, state and local tax incentive programs. Blake is leading the firm’s efforts in providing tax consulting services for Qualified Opportunity Zones. An industry thought leader, Blake has been interviewed by US News and World Reports and other national publications providing insights into this powerful, yet complex, tax incentive program and has authored several articles and HCVT Tax Alerts about Qualified Opportunity Zones (OZ) and Qualified Opportunity Funds.
In addition to tax incentive consulting, Blake provides partnership and individual tax planning and compliance services. His industry experience is broad and includes manufacturing and distribution, service companies, restaurant, shipping and transportation, energy and healthcare.

Michelle Hirsch
Michelle Hirsch aligns her family-owned firm with Rosehaven Family Office to provide extensive Property & Casualty, Risk Management, and Risk Mitigation review. For over 15 years, Michelle has managed department operations, marketing, and overall corporate business development at Brunswick Companies. Working with all of the business units internally, as well as external sources of influence, Michelle's main goal is to make sure Brunswick is at the forefront of the insurance industry. Michelle earned her MBA from Case Western University's Weatherhead School of Management and was named in the Class of 2008 Crain's Cleveland Business Top "Twenty in Their 20s" and Class of 2017 "Forty Under 40."

Seth Herring
Seth is the Principal and co-founder of RexCo1031, a full service Real Estate Brokerage and Investment firm helping clients convert appreciated high maintenance, low yield properties into potentially higher yield, lower maintenance investments, while deferring federal and state income taxes. Seth’s entire focus is on 1031 exchanges and tax-advantaged investments.
Seth handles client interaction, customer service, and operations in the sale of commercial & residential assets and the acquisition of upleg 1031 purchases. Using state of the art technology and web marketing, Seth handles outreach efforts, new client orientation, and manages the full life-cycle of each client’s exchange at Rexco1031. He was formerly a Director at Oak Branch Advisors, a New York based technology, analytics, and operations company for investors in the private debt and non-bank finance sectors. Seth also managed large teams in forensic due diligence and litigation advisory, supporting some of the largest banks and law firms in the country.
Seth is an active multi-family real estate investor and a graduate of the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Seth holds series 63 and 22 securities licenses, and a California Real Estate Sales license.

Juan G. Hernandez-Ariano is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional, Analyst and Engineer with a passion for education and delivering top quality services. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Planning Association (FPA®) of Houston, where he serves as current President as well as former Education Director. Juan’s credentials include being a CFP® Practitioner and Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative with We Are One Seven, LLC, and a Certified Student Loan Professional®. He is also life, health, property, and casualty licensed in various states, and has furthered his education by taking the CFP® Certification Education program at Rice University and the CSLP® Certification Education Program with Humboldt State University. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Financial Management and Financial Engineering with cum laude honors.
